Anglers cited for over-the-limit trout catch

The state DNR is reminding anglers of the legal limits on taking trout.  A DNR officer cited two fishermen near the Walhalla Fish Hatchery for carrying five trout out  at a time back to their car.  Between the two, according to Sgt. Busha, the two had 35 trout.  The legal limit is five for each person per day.  Busha confiscated the catch.  In court, the state will request that the two make restitution for the 25 illegally harvested trout.
