Westminster – Barbara Lynn Smith, 65, of 408 Spearman Hill Drive, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017 at her residence.  A funeral service will be held 3 pm, Saturday, September 23, 2017 at the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 2-3 pm, prior to the service at the funeral home.
