51-year old man last seen in downtown Seneca

Oconee Sheriff’s Office has entered the disappearance of a 51-year old man as a missing person into the database of the National Crimes Information Center.  Jasper Frazier Youngblood of Owens Road near Seneca was last seen by his family around 1 o’clock Monday afternoon.  The family believes Youngblood boarded a CATbus in downtown Seneca for the purpose of going fishing.  A deputy sheriff checked the hospital, boat ramps and the Clemson Boulevard fishing pond without success.  He did not take his cell phone and his only known method of transportation is walking or riding the bus.   The Sheriff’s Office requests your help in finding Jasper Frazier Youngblood.
