Seneca, SC— Ellen Berdene Bagwell Neal, 78, wife of Wallace “Bud” Cleveland Neal, of 420 Neal Road, Seneca, passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2017, at her home. Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 PM, Thursday, August 10, 2017, at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at High Falls Church of God Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3:00-4:00 PM, Thursday, prior to the service, at Davenport Funeral Home. Flowers are accepted. The family is at their respective homes.
