Zoning change could lead to new Seneca home development

A zoning change could lead to a large, new home development at Seneca’s northwest border near Lake Keowee. The city planning commission will deliberate tonight whether a planned development residential zoning classification is appropriate for the property. The City Hall hearing begins at 6 o’clock . The re-zoning applicant is the Greenville engineering/architecture company Seamon Whiteside. The property address is south of Julian Davis Drive and South Cove Road near the lake.
