Two West-Oak athletes are bound for all star games

Two spring sport athletes at West-Oak High School will take part in state all-star competition.  They are baseball pitcher Kurt Rogers and softball pitcher Kalen ‘Tate’ Sosby. Kurt is only the seventh Warrior in West-Oak’s approximate 40-year history to make the roster for the North/South All Star game.  Tate is the sixth softballer from her school chosen as a North/South all star.  Kurt Rogers is bound for Lander University on a scholarship; Tate Sosby earned a full scholarship at USC Salkahatchie.
