Tire-slashing rampage in Seneca

In Seneca, last weekend someone went on a rampage of tire-slashing and the police are after the culprit, according to Chief Casey Bowling.  In all, tires slashed on three dozen city vehicles.  The police are also investigating a break-in at Performance Powersports – suspects being four individuals.
