The newest on the Westminster police beat

Westminster Police Department welcomes two new members of its force.  They are K-9 officer Jared Hiler, a Seneca native, and K-9 Zephyr.  Both come to Westminster from the South Carolina town of Ware Shoals.  Hiler is a marine veteran.  After field training, the two will assume Westminster city patrol duties.
