Swim pool again this summer

In case anyone wonders, yes, Oconee’s last municipal swimming pool will operate this summer.  Mayor Tim Hall made clear this morning that, contrary to any talk out there, the pool on Walhalla’s W. Main Street will open for the swimming season as it traditionally has  done on Memorial Day weekend next month.  And, like in recent years, according to the mayor, the Foothills Area YMCA will operate the service for the city.
