Stabbing victim found in front of Seneca store

Two people are in the custody of the Oconee Sheriff’s Office after a stabbing victim was discovered Wednesday night at the front of the Seneca Lowe’s Store at the BiLo Plaza. The Sheriff’s Office identified the arrested as Timothy Dale Glauner, 50, and Terry L. Quinn, 52. Quinn is charged with attempted murder; Glauner is charged with attempted murder, public disorderly conduct, and assault of a police officer, after being located in wooded area beside the store. A deputy sheriff said he found a white male at the at the contractor’s entrance with multiple stab wounds. Arrest warrants identify the victim as Milton Keith Nelms and say an attempt was made to stab him in the heart. Nelms was flown for medical treatment and reported in stable condition yesterday at a Greenville hospital. The warrants list defendant Quinn’s address as Denver, Pennsylvania. Glauner’s hometown was listed as Chattanooga, Tennessee.
