Stabbing at Lake Hartwell campground

A confrontation last night involving two groups of young people near Clemson resulted in the stabbing of one person.  The scene was the Twin Lakes campground at Lake Hartwell.  That individual was hospitalized and reported by Chuck James, the Pickens County chief deputy, to be in stable condition.  The Pickens Sheriff’s Office was alerted to what happened around 8 last night, having been contacted by the Oconee Sheriff’s Office.
