South Carolina seen as make-or-break for Biden

In the run-up to Super Tuesday voting March 3 in 14 states, there is one state this month that could make or break the campaign of at least one of the many Democratic hopefuls to be their party’s Presidential nominee. The candidate is Joe Biden…and the state is South Carolina. This is the view of Jim Bohannon, a national broadcaster and member of the radio hall of fame. He predicts that of all of the Democratic hopefuls, Biden is the one who will be crossing South Carolina the most between this Saturday’s Nevada caucuses and South Carolina’s Democratic Presidential primary February 29. Why Biden lays so much emphasis on South Carolina is something Bohannon is explaining today on our airwaves (101.7/WGOG.) Bohannon makes Oconee County his year-round home and looks forward to voting this month in the South Carolina Democrats preference primary. He is typically a Republican voter, but he’ll exercise the opportunity that South Carolina Democrats’ open-voting allows February 29.
