Son charged with attempted murder of parents

A 27-year old Seneca man has been jailed on charges that he attempted to murder his parents last night at their home on Shorecrest Drive. The police today announced attempted murder charges against Bradley Hayne Williams. The parents weren’t identified by name. The police department investigation revealed that the incident had its origins in the kitchen at the home where Bradley Williams had started cooking chicken and a disagreement resulted. The police quote one of the parents as saying their son wrapped an electric cord around the neck of one of his parents and struck the other with the handle of a machete. The parents went to the police station to make a report, and the police say the parents told them they feared going home for what might happen.
