Six executive session items tonight

Legal advice is to dominate tonight’s executive session of the Oconee County Council.  Two of the six items for closed-door considerations:  legal advice on pending litigation and settlement of claims and potential lawsuit.  And there’s to be discussion of “employment, performance evaluation, and contractual matters related to the County Administrator.”  The executive session is to follow the council regular third Tuesday meeting, which starts at 6 o’clock.
