Seneca to re-structure bank loan

For the purchase of a former manufacturing building and its re-modeling into the hub of city industrial park, Seneca moved yesterday to re-structure a bank loan. The city’s Facilities Corporation took action during its annual meeting yesterday at City Hall. The corporation approved City Administrator Scott Moulder’s recommendation to pursue re-financing. The current lender is the TD Bank. Two loans were secured to buy and re-model the former Pro Pex building on the Shiloh Road that is home to other manufacturing operations.
