Seneca power customers could see financial return

As part of approximately $4 billion in relief checks being sent to South Carolina electric power customers as the result of the V-C Summer debacle, Seneca received a check for nearly $550 thousand in December, city officials confirmed yesterday to 101.7/WGOG NEWS.  Scott Moulder, city administrator, says the intent on part of his city is to return part of that money to its retail customers
