Seneca man accused of burglarizing neighbor’s home

A Seneca man has been jailed and charged with burglarizing a neighbor’s home. The inventory of what was taken from the home on Pelfrey Street near 123 includes a safe, money, a television, and other personal property. The burglary occurred between April 7-9 and, according to the police, occurred while the home owner was in the hospital. Law enforcement records show Waylon Eugene Robinson was arrested yesterday morning and charged with burglary first degree and grand larceny.
