Second Floridian arrested in Oconee crime

A second Florida resident has been arrested and charged in an ongoing vehicle break-in case at the Oconee County South Cove Park, dating to October of last year.  The latest arrest, according to the sheriff’s office, is that of Shellmeasha Laquesha Peterson, with addresses in both Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  Peterson is charged with breaking into motor vehicles, petty larceny, and financial transaction card fraud.  Earlier this month, a second Fort Lauderdale resident, was arrested in the investigation.
