SDOC Looking for Bus Drivers

The School District of Oconee County is looking for bus drivers for the upcoming school year. Associate Superintendent of Administration, Steve Hanvey says starting pay is a little over $11 dollars per hour and drivers are guaranteed 6 hours per day and full benefits.  The district is offering a CDL Bus driver training class beginning August 6. To sign up for the class or for more information, call the School District Director of Transportation, Ozzie Wright, at 886-4421. The first day of classes for Oconee County students is Monday, August 20^th.
