Rhonda Chastain
Westminster-Rhonda Denise Rowland Chastain, 52, passed away March 3, 2020 at Prisma Health- Oconee Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
A native of Oconee County, she was the daughter of the late Henry Clayton Rowland and Iva “Genny” Genevieve Stancil Richardson. Rhonda attended Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, was a full-time devoted caregiver to her late son Eric, a loving mother, and hilarious aunt that everyone would dream to have.
Rhonda is survived by her sisters, Angela Rowland Hunter (Brian) of Salem, Wendy Rowland Barnes (Chris) of Six Mile, Megan Rowland of Seneca; Nieces and Nephews, Ryleigh, Kennedy, Austin, Logan, Cody, Chris, and many many more that she loved dearly.
In addition to her parents, Rhonda is preceded in death by her son, Eric Daniel Schrum; and brothers, Jason Henry Rowland, and Dylan Rowland.
A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm, Friday, March 6, 2020 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with burial to follow at the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends
from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, Thursday, March 5, 2020 at Sandifer Funeral Home.
