Reward offered to locate man deemed armed and dangerous

Oconee sheriff’s officers are appealing to the public for tips on the whereabouts of a man for whom three arrest warrants have been issued as the result of an incident yesterday at 671 Rodgers Road, Seneca. Deputies responded to a call about shots fired into a home. Today the Sheriff’s Office announced that officers have warrants charging Dolphus Daniel Haney with criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and malicious injury to real property. According to the Sheriff’s Office, “If you or anyone you know recognizes Dolphus Haney and/or has any information about his whereabouts, please call the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office at (864) 638-4111. Haney is considered to be armed and dangerous and is NOT to be approached. If you or anyone you know is to see Haney, call 911 immediately. An anonymous cash reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for any help leading to an arrest in this case.”
