Remembering the late Chrissy Adams

Four miles of Interstate-85 in Oconee and Anderson counties will be named for Chrissy Adams of Seneca, the late 10th Circuit Court solicitor. Across the 10th circuit, Adams served three terms as chief criminal court prosecutor, having been elected to office in 2005. She died in 2016. Her husband, Eddie Adams, is a former chairman of the state highway commission.  A letter from the state DOT says $250 dollars of “C” funds will be used to pay for the necessary signage.  Those signs will be placed on four miles of the interstate highway–two miles in Oconee and two in Anderson.
