Railroad trespassing charges
South Carolina law provides that “It is unlawful, without proper authority, for a person to trespass upon railroad tracks.” The Seneca police confirm they made charges last weekend against two people who allegedly trespassed on railroad tracks June 7 in the vicinity of Perry Avenue and ES 1st Street.
