Police seize shotgun, man arrested

A 24-year old resident of the Boone’s Creek Community near Salem has been arrested and charged with possession of a sawed off shotgun in Seneca. Kenneth Harold Miller Jr. of the Douglas Crowe Road was arrested by the police yesterday and charged in an incident that is alleged to have occurred Friday, December 27 in the yard of a home on Worth Street near the 123 By-Pass. An affidavit in the arrest warrant alleges Miller “…did, willfully and intentionally possess a sawed off shotgun with a barrel less than 18 inches length not being authorized by law to do so….”
