Pickens man convicted and sentenced

A 37-year old Pickens man was convicted this week on charges of criminal sexual conduct with minor first degree.  Solicitor Walt Wilkins announced that Jason Riley Galloway was sentenced by Pickens General Sessions Judge Miller to 45 years in prison.  According to Wilkins, evidence presented by two assistant prosecutors established that between January 2016 and August 2017, Galloway sexually assaulted two children–aged three and six–at his home in Pickens County.
