Pendleton man wins $200 thousand in lottery

A Pendleton man walked into a highway 76 convenience store to buy a soda and a few lottery tickets.  A scratch-off ticket for $5 dollars won the lottery player $200 thousand.  According to the South Carolina Education Lottery, the man and his wife bought a new car and plan to remodel their home.  For selling the claimed ticket, the Xpress Fuel received a $2 thousand commission.
