Seneca, SC – Peggy Jo Swafford Yates, 78, wife of the late William Joe Yates, of 1208 South Walnut Street, Seneca, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2019 at Fleetwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Easley. No services will be held at this time but a Celebration of Life will be scheduled for mid-September at Old Hepsibah Baptist Church in Seneca, SC.
