Parade organizer reacts to mascot marching idea

An organizer of this year’s Christmas parade in Seneca gave his reaction to the idea that the Yuletide parades would be enhanced by the appearance of the mascots from the three Oconee high schools. Julian Davis says, “I would also like for all the bands to march as well.” Davis concedes it’s difficult for the parades to get commitments from the Seneca, Walhalla, and West-Oak bands because concerts, competitions, and other functions at the end of the year leave little time to participate in the cities parades.
