No public hearing feedback on city’s new comprehensive plan

Seneca residents stayed away last night from a hearing designed to make comment to their planning commission on the contents of the city’s new comprehensive plan.  There were no speakers from the public at all, according to Ed Halbig, the city’s liaison to the commissioners.  However, Halbig says the commission made some changes in the plan, as compiled by the company contracted for the work, and those changes are being recommended to city council for approval.
