Mollie Sullivan Heaton

Seneca, SC — Mollie Sullivan Heaton, 84, wife of the late Hugh “Red” Dorsey Heaton, of 202 Wayside Circle, Seneca, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 30, 2019, at GHS Cottingham Hospice House.

 

A native of Oakway, SC, Mrs. Heaton was the daughter of the late Leland Radford, Sr. and Sadie Owens Sullivan. She was retired as a book keeper from Winn-Dixie.

 

Mrs. Heaton is survived by her son: Ken Heaton and his wife Jill (Marcengill) of Seneca; brothers: Radford Sullivan of Seneca and Joe Sullivan and his wife Pam of Seneca; sister: Carolyn Emerson and her husband Wayne of West Union; two grandchildren: Jacob Heaton and his girlfriend Amris Henry and Amber Skipper and her husband Russell; and two great-grandchildren: Logan and Kaylee Skipper.

 

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Heaton was preceded in death by two  brothers: Carl and Charles Sullivan.

 

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Oconee Memorial Park.

 

The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 2, 2019, prior to the service, at Davenport Funeral Home.

The family is at the residence. Davenport Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
