Marjory Hiscock Peak

West Union, SC — Marjory Hiscock Peak, 90, wife of the late Elbert William Peak, of 311 Fowler Road, West Union, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2020, at Prisma Health Lila Doyle.

 

A native of Cleveland, OH, Mrs. Peak was the daughter of the late Frank Ernest and Elizabeth Edith Doupe Hiscock. She retired from Oconee Medical Center. Mrs. Peak was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Kiwanis. She was a founding member of the Oconee Heritage Museum.

 

Mrs. Peak is survived by her sons: John W. Peak (Rena), Matthew W. Peak (Lynn) and Wesley A. Peak; daughters: Barbara P. McAlister (Stan), Linda Peak (Kevin Coons), Cynthia Phillips (Mike) and Susan Finkenstadt; grandchildren: Elbert W. Peak, John F. Peak, Emily Brenes, Michael Ian McAlister, Matthew R. McAlister, Patrick S. McAlister, Caitlin Poole, Ellen Manser, Caroyln Coons, Marjory Hamlin, Andrew Hamlin, Kristopher Phillips, Drew Phillips, Daniel Finkenstadt, Sara Bennett, Matthew Finkenstadt, Garrett Peak and Elizabeth Peak; and great grandchildren: Ansley, Elizabeth, Krissy, Mykala, Sean, Conner, Avery, Lawson, Sophie, Nora, Amaris, Wilde, Luke, Emmaleigh, Gracie, Dani Kate, Ronin, Josie, Matthew, Ellie, Erin Nicole, Casey and Wyatt.

 

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Peak was preceded in death by a daughter: Marjorie Putnam; son-in-law: Daniel Finkenstadt; and grandchildren: Krissy Peak and Cade Carter.

 

The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 6:00 PM, Saturday, January 11, 2020, at Davenport Funeral Home.
