Lyrlene Eleanor Duncan Prince
Walhalla, SC — Lyrlene Eleanor Duncan Prince, 80, wife of Gary Dean Prince, Sr., passed away Sunday, March 15, 2020, at her home.
A native of Oconee County, SC, Mrs. Prince was the daughter of Claude Albert and Janie Mae Ward Duncan. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Prince is survived by a son: Gary Dean Prince, Jr. of Seneca, SC; daughter: Janice Cobb of Seneca, SC; brothers: Albert Duncan of Bartow, GA, Virgil “Pete” Duncan of Seneca, SC, and Kenneth Duncan of Salem, SC; sisters: Reba Lawson of Walhalla, SC, and Maude Lee Harvey of Toccoa, GA; and grandchildren: Carrie Watkins, Timothy Prince, Heather Prince and Brandon Cobb.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Prince was preceded in death by two brothers: Dennis Duncan and Leland Duncan; and granddaughter: Amanda Elaine Prince.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at Davenport Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 18, 2020, prior to the service.
