Heather Frank-Allen
Seneca – Heather Frank-Allen, 31, wife of Phillip Allen, passed away April 13th, 2021.
A native of Radcliff, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Ricky Hall and Anne Elrod Frank (Kenneth). Mrs. Frank-Allen worked at the Ark Animal Hospital of Boiling Springs as a vet tech and had a great love for animals, and dancing. Having a big heart, and being full of life, Heather always helped anyone or any animal in need.
Heather is survived by her father, Ricky Hall, her mother, Anne Elrod Frank, her dad, Kenneth Frank, her husband, Phillip Allen; brothers, Chris Hall, Matthew Boudreaux, Daniel Boudreaux, and Aaron Frank; and sisters, Elizabeth Boudreaux and Mary Boudreaux; and her step-mother, Susan Boudreaux.
Heather is preceded in death by her step-father, Randall J. Boudreaux.
A graveside service will be held 11 am, Tuesday, April 20th, 2021 at First Baptist Memorial Park.
