Long Creek – Grover Martin Moore, 77, passed away Monday, April 22, 2013 at Seneca Health and Rehab.
A graveside service will be held 2:30 PM, Thursday, April 25, 2013 at Long Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM prior to the service at Long Creek Baptist Church.
The family is at their respective homes. In lieu flowers, memorials in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 3223 Sunset Blvd, Suite 100, West Columbia, SC 29169.
