Graham shakes hands, poses for pictures

Lindsey Graham, the Oconee County resident whose service as a U-S senator has cast him in a national spotlight, enjoyed his return to his home area today. He’ll occasionally make it back from Washington to appear at the annual Oktoberfest luncheon, as he did today. He was able to greet friends and acquaintances. And, with reporters on his way in, Graham talked about the troubles in the Mideast between the Turkey and the Kurdistan. The senator is a hawk when it comes to fighting ISIS, an enemy of the Kurds. His comments on his differences with President Trump on this issue can be heard today on 101.7/WGOG NEWS.
