Georgia Bureau of Investigation Identifies Woman Found Dead in Toccoa Home

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has identified 44-year-old Candice Lynn Smith, who was found dead in her Cumberlin Drive home by a family member on Saturday afternoon. Officers with the Toccoa Police Department responded to the scene around 3:15 p.m., and Smith’s body was subsequently transferred to the GBI Medical Examiner for an autopsy.
