Faires retirement set, job posted

In Seneca, the job of utilities director rarely opens.  But the city continues to accept applications to oversee all aspects of the Light and Water Department.  The retirement of long-time director Bob Faires is just a couple of months away.  Many responsibilities await his replacement, including negotiating all contracts required for the city’s utilities.
