Lessons and Carols at Tamassee DAR

Tamassee DAR School is hosting a Lessons and Carols service. If you’re unfamiliar with this type of service, a series of Bible passages related to the birth of Jesus is read, followed by a traditional Christmas carol. Prayers are interspersed throughout the service.  The service will be followed by a Christmas Tree Lighting on the front lawn of the chapel. Afterward, refreshments such as cookies, cider will be served in the Banquet Hall. What a wonderful way for you and your family to begin your Christmas season.  The service begins at 6 p.m. and everyone is invited to this very special service.  Tamassee DAR School is located off of Highway 11 North, at 1925 Bumgardner Drive in Tamassee, SC.
