Doris Christine Weaver Callaham

Clemson, SC — Doris Christine Weaver Callaham, 78, wife of the late Jimmy Ray Callaham, of 101 Carolina Court, Clemson, passed away Sunday, November 1, 2020, at Clemson Downs.

 

A native of Walhalla, SC, Mrs. Callaham was the daughter of the late Henry Albert and Ruth Rose Anna Smith Weaver. She retired from Wells Fargo Bank in 2001. Mrs. Callaham was an avid doll collector, loved arts and crafts and was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.

 

Mrs. Callaham is survived by her special nieces: Rhonda Pitts, Rebecca Galbreath and Racheal Pelfrey (David); brother: Roger Weaver (Lynda) of Clemson, SC; nieces: Leslie Campbell and Melinda Bigos; nephews: John and Rick Woolbright; and many other loved nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.

 

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Callaham was preceded in death by her sisters: Mary Weaver Lusk and Sandra Weaver Manley.

 

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Thursday, November 5, 2020, at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Oconee Memorial Park.

 

The family will receive friends from, 12:00-2:00 PM, Thursday, prior to the service, at Davenport Funeral Home.

 

The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Clemson Downs for the exceptional care provided for Mrs. Callaham.
