DANIEL JAMES
Seneca – Daniel Albert Lee James, 38, passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
Born November 5, 1986, in Oconee County, South Carolina, Daniel was the son of Danny Lee James (Amanda) and Pamela Annette Cox. Daniel worked as a warehouse worker at Perry Ellis. In his free time, he enjoyed working on cars especially his Pontiac Grand Prix, but most of all he loved his cat, Zippy.
In addition to his parents, Daniel is survived by his son reared in the home, Layne Carter Lee James; brothers, Jake James (Erica) of Greenville, SC, Gavin James (Bryanna) of Lexington, SC; sisters, Sarah Witherington (Josh Higdon) of Walhalla, SC, Leeann Woodson (Daniel) of Pelzer, SC; nieces and nephews, Brianna Pearson (Eugene), Billy Sloan, Ryan Sloan, Faith Sloan, RosaLee James; great nieces and nephews, Raelynn Pearson, Noah Pearson, and Walker Pearson.
Daniel is preceded in death by his sister, Jessica Hope James.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, January 13th, 2025 at First Baptist Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm prior to the service, at Sandifer Funeral Home.
