DALE WEBB
Westminster – Dale Evans Webb, 63, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2026, at her residence.
Born on January 13, 1963, in Seneca, South Carolina, Dale was the daughter of the late James Edward and Maybell Inez Holbert Webb. Dale worked in the bakery at Ingles, where she was known for her dependable work ethic and friendly nature. She was of the Christian faith and will be remembered for the care and kindness she showed to others. Dale was a loving mother and sister, but her greatest joy was being “Granny” to her beloved granddaughter, Kesslyn. The two shared a special bond and treasured spending time together cooking and baking in the kitchen. Dale was Kesslyn’s biggest supporter, proudly cheering her on at volleyball games and cheer events, celebrating every accomplishment with love and encouragement.
Dale is survived by her daughter, Candice Cobb (Jordan); brother, James Webb; sister, Betty Jean Hanvey (Dan); 1 grandchild, Kesslyn Cobb; nieces and nephews, Olivia Fitzmaurice (Brian), Harley McAllister, Joshua McAllister (Christina), Steven McAllister, Tanner McAllister (Tracy), Dustin Holland (Anna); and great nieces and nephews, Knox McAllister, Oakley McAllister, Caden McAllister, Joseph McAllister, Charlie McAllister, Sullivan Bailey, Colton Fitzmaurice, Conor Fitzmaurice, Zoey Hollen, Caleb McAllister, Hannah McAllister, and JC McAllister.
In addition to her parents, Dale is preceded in death by her son, Matthew Neal.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at a later date at First Baptist Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home.
