Dakota Bryce Shaw

Westminster-Dakota Bryce Shaw, 22, of 139 Hopewell Church Road, passed away May 30th, 2020.

 

Born in Seneca, SC, he was the son of Toby Honea Bryson Shaw (Kristey) of  Westminster and Tracy Michelle Cannon (Tripp) of Walhalla. Dakota was a graduate of West Oak High School and Tri-County Technical School where he earned an associate degree in CNC Programming and Operations and was employed with RBC AeroStructure. Dakota was known for being very respectful, kind, and loving. He had a great love for the outdoors, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and bonfires.  Dakota was known for his beautiful smile that would light up the room. His greatest love was for his family and his relationship with his brother, Dylan they were inseparable.

 

In addition to his parents, Dakota is survived by his fiancé, Jenna Pagan; brother, Dylan Blackwell; step-brother, Lee Marcengill; grandparents, Melvin Owens (the late Clara Bryson Owens) of Walhalla, Peggy Shaw of Walhalla, Ricky George Shaw of Westminster.

 

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, June 6th, 2020 at 2 pm, at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel with receiving friends 12-1:30 pm prior to the service.
