Committee approaching recommendations?

The committee tasked to strategize the potential future for Oconee sewer operations is in meeting this morning. And its chairman, Joel Jones, expressed a preference for the Ad Hoc Sewer Feasibility Implementation Committee to soon draw up recommendations. The committee includes Oconeeans, along with members from outside the county whose expertise can be used to chart a course. Although “Implementation” is part of the committee’s name, it is delegated to make recommendations only, and those recommendations go to the current board of commissioners that set policy for the Oconee Joint Regional Sewer Authority.
