No. 4 South Carolina, the top seed, went wire-to-wire to win the NCAA Charlottesville Regional on Wednesday at Birdwood Golf Course. It’s the sixth NCAA Regional Title under head coach Kalen Anderson and the first since 2017.  Former Clemson All-American Jonathan Byrd, and his son Jackson Byrd, who will be a freshman at Clemson in August, will be in the field for the Myrtle Beach Classic on the PGA Tour this weekend. The tournament will be played at the famed Dunes Club at Myrtle Beach, SC.
