Former Cal linebacker Luke Ferrelli has committed to Clemson just a day after former Penn State defensive back Elliot Washington II committed to the Tigers.  Ferrelli and Washington mark the first two Clemson commitments of this year’s transfer portal which is open from Jan. 2 through Jan. 16.  With two committments, Clemson football has already nearly reached its entire total of three transfers from last season’s portal.
