Charge made in armed robbery at Seneca park/field

The police in Seneca say a Westminster man turned himself in today to face the charge of armed robbery. A Seneca police officer signed a warrant charging Shydarius Fashaun Moss was armed with a pistol when he and others robbed and beat a man late at night November 8 at Blue Ridge Field. According to the police case report, the victim said a date drove him to the field because, as he quoted her as saying, she knew a good spot to smoke and look at the stars. But while there, he said, the car door opened and he was hit in the face by one of his attackers.
