Behind closed doors next week, Oconee County Council is scheduled to discuss a contract matter with the Joint Regional Sewer Authority.  Larry Brandt, attorney for the Sewer Authority, is sensing a tentative solution is possible for the dispute over an annual $610 thousand payment.  Brandt says he has met about this with County Administrator Scott Moulder.
