Former Seneca resident Cobb Oxford is being quoted by news outlets as to what he witnessed during the Barcelona, Spain terror attack in which a van barreled into a crowd and killed at least 12 people and injured around 100 people.  Meantime, the Clemson men’s basketball team, playing in Barcelona, is reported safe–as well as everyone traveling with the team.
