Career change for former Sheriff’s officer

A former Oconee Sheriff’s officer has traded his badge for a career in the real estate world. Steve Jenkins, who served as Captain during the Sheriff’s administration of James Singleton, has become a licensed realtor and has joined the ERA Kennedy Real Estate Group at Seneca. The announcement was made to 96.3/WGOG NEWS by Parker Stuart, broker-in-charge of ERA Kennedy at Seneca. Jenkins is a graduate of both West-Oak High School and Clemson University, and he earned his realtor’s license from real estate school.
