Car and dog thief sought

Between Seneca and Clemson a woman awakened by her dog barking looked out and saw a man steal both the dog and her car and drive away. The crime scene was a home on Forest Drive at 2:45 this morning. Oconee Sheriff’s Office has a video of what happened and reports that both the dog and the car were later retrieved in Clemson at the Tillman Place apartments. But the thief remains the subject of a search. He’s a white male, dressed in blue jeans, a gray hoodie, and a blue and white baseball hat. If you can provide information that can identify the suspect, there’s the potential for a $2 thousand reward.
